This organization was created in 2022 by Dr. Ezra Kottler and launched at the Ecological Society of America Meeting in Montreal, Canada.

We meet virtually on a monthly basis and coordinate initiatives to support transgender and gender-nonconforming scientists who do field work (in both natural and social sciences) and provide resources to educate allies in positions of power within these fields.
